Delete in the app

Open Settings → Delete account. It takes two taps: tap the button, then confirm. You do not need to sign in with Apple again.

What happens next

One of One first gets accepted deletion requests for both the iOS and Android records at AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer is the service that opens an invitation link and measures installs. If One of One saved an Apple permission it can remove for your account, One of One removes it. Older accounts without that saved permission still delete normally and get a notice about removing One of One in Apple Settings.

One of One then deletes your RevenueCat customer, private media, database records, and sign-in account. Your One of One account data is gone when the app reports success. The remaining provider step may take up to 10 days at AppsFlyer.

What gets deleted

Your One of One account and sign-in record.
Your companions, goals, check-ins, proud moments, milestones, names, care history, Life Book records, and private generated media.
Your purchase and subscription customer record at RevenueCat.

A limited technical receipt

After sign-in deletion, a separate technical receipt keeps only request IDs, which app each request is for, status, timestamps, the final Apple and RevenueCat outcome, and a one-way deletion check that cannot be turned back into your account ID. It does not keep your owner ID or the privacy-protecting AppsFlyer account code, Apple identity, token, email, content, or any route back to your account. We remove the receipt after the outside deletion work is complete and its short audit period ends.

Delete without the app

Email support@modudahakkoya.com with the subject Delete my One of One account. We will reply with secure verification steps. Do not send a password, verification code, payment details, or store receipt.

This public page accepts no account identifier. It cannot expose whether an account exists.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting One of One does not cancel a store subscription. Apple and Google may keep transaction records for billing, tax, refunds, fraud prevention, or legal duties. Manage billing through Apple Account subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
