If your companion, goals, evolution, or subscription is not working as expected, email support@modudahakkoya.com. Include the app version and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, or payment details.
Purchases
Use Restore purchases in the app if Premium is missing. Apple or Google manages billing and cancellation, depending on where you subscribed. Open Apple Account subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
Account and data deletion
Open Settings → Delete account inside the app to permanently delete your account, pet, generated art, goals, milestones, Bond, memories, and history. If you cannot use the app, follow the steps on the public account-deletion page. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription; manage billing separately.
