If your companion, goals, evolution, or subscription is not working as expected, email donjoe@modudahakkoya.com. Include the app version and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, or payment details.
Purchases
Use Restore purchases in the app if Premium is missing. Apple manages billing and cancellation through Apple Account subscriptions.
Account and data deletion
Open Settings → Delete account inside the app to permanently delete your account, pet, generated art, goals, milestones, Bond, memories, and history. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage billing separately using the link above.
